HIV CARE PROGRAMS

This website is the result of a partnership among WellFlorida Council, Ryan White HIV patient care providers in Area 3/13 and the North Central Florida CARE Consortium to provide information on primary healthcare and support services to low-income persons living with HIV. It received the 26th Annual National Health Information Award.

WellFlorida is the local health council for North Central Florida and consultants for health causes. Since 1991, WellFlorida has been the lead agency for the Ryan White Part B-funded program in 15 counties.

As of April 1, 2023, WellFlorida Council no longer administers the Ryan White program. For more information about Ryan White services, please contact Denise Terrell-Rondeau of the Florida Department of Health in Alachua County at (352) 225-4195 or Denise.TerrellRondeau@flhealth.gov. WellFlorida continues to provide services under the Housing Opportunities Program (HOP) and the High Impact Prevention project (HIP).
